10k Ladies Midnight walk for Nightingale House Hospice

This year I will be walking the 10k Ladies Midnight Walk for Nightingale House Hospice. Nightingale House Hopice is in Wrexham because of the bereavement service they provide to children under 19, they also provide specialist palliative care services, completely free of charge, to people across Wrexham, Flintshire, East Denbighshire, the A494 corridor to Barmouth, and the borders, including Oswestry, Ellesmere, Wem and Whitchurch.Nightingale House Hospice's mission statement can be found here.

Now anyone that knows me, knows for me to be up at midnight let alone walking is going to be a task, I love my sleep and I am not a huge fan of walking either, but I want to raise funds for a charity, I did consider doing a run but then I would need oxygen so I don't think that was the best plan, so after coming across the leaflet for the Ladies Midnight Walk I knew I had to take part.
